"The room was compact but clean and well-equipped with everything one might need. The location was convenient, close to a train station and situated in a quiet, picturesque area of Tokyo. My only concern was that the room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke despite being designated as non-smoking. Unfortunately, the odor lingered enough that my clothes absorbed the smell. Aside from that, it was an overall good stay."

Well located with transit, food, and tourist sites. Staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Good humoured with our attempts at Japanese. "
