"Really nice room, but two problems. First, the window (right by our 9-year-old's bed) could open fully and the railing did not go high enough to prevent someone falling out, with a five floor drop below. The hotel fixed this by locking the window shut. Secondly, our requests for extra drinking glasses did not come to anything, and the number of glasses dwindled to one during our stay. Otherwise great. "

"We were getting off a Viking River cruise and wanted a hotel close to the docking location to minimize the distance we had to drag our suitcases. It was less than 10 minutes walking and we were able to access the room early (fee). Conveniently located to several Metro lines and only about a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Kitchenette (refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, microwave and cooktop) was convenient to eat breakfast before heading out for the day."

"We had a good stay except that there was a false fire alarm at early morning so we woke up and went down, but there was not even an announcement that all clear, receptionist not assisting all the guests who went down, they should be briefed with emergency evacuations and be able to assist guests well. "I loved this hotel! Although it wasn’t close to all of the areas we wanted to explore in walking distance (the Arc De Triomphe was the closest which was a 25 min walk), we truly enjoyed our stay. There was some construction outside, however, it didn’t interrupt our sleep. The view was phenomenal and everyone was very kind and polite. I would stay here again and can’t wait to be back!"
