"Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet, groß und sauber (bis auf Gefrierfach, ziemlich ecklig). Der Blick aufs Meer ist einmalig, einfach klasse. Lediglich die tägliche Parkplatzsuche war sehr nervend, dort bei der Wohnung kaum eine Möglichkeit, vor allem wenn das Auto etwas größer ist... Sonst der Kontakt wegen Schlüssel und co. war sehr gut (freundlich und unkompliziert)."

I tried calling the property manager but he hung up on me, so I reached out via VRBO who put me in touch with someone else with the renting agency. He was not the property manager but was helpful. "This hotel was equal to (in a really good way) staying at home! We prepaid for 2 rooms and had 5 people in our party. Everyone agreed that this was one of the best stays we had in our month long Italian Adventure. By this point in our trip we had several great places we stayed. However this hotel delivered easily the best sleep since leaving home. Their breakfast service was also a great plus to our stay. We would do it all over again!"

"I absolutely loved this hotel. When i initially exited the train and was walking to the hotel, i wasnt sure what to expect but it was the perfect little oasis inside this metropolitan area. The staff was very professional and attentive. The hotel was charming. The room was fabulous, the bed was so comfortable and the room smelled like there was jo malone room fragrance was pumping through the air. It was so delightful. I really enjoyed my stay here and of course would stay at this hotel again if I'm in this area. It's about 7 to 10 minutes walk from the train station so it was perfect for day trips to cinqua terre and portofino. I unfortunately didnt get the breakfast addition because I booked through expedia, but it didnt matter. There were enough little cafes around for me to grab something. The lady host at the reception area was graceful enough to give me a map wth all the important areas marked out. I enjoyed everything about my stay here and truly recommend it to everyone."
