"This is our second time staying at the Angeli and just as before, it was a lovely experience. Fully equipped kitchen, clean premises, easy check-in process and good communication with the host. "Book a 2 nights with them. Apartment was located along a small street hard time finding. Called them to check in but number was invalid and cannot get hold of them at all. They did not even send someone to check if the guest arrives. End of the day I have to rebook another new hotel and messed up our holiday plans. Asking for refund but dragged till now no reply. Irresponsible property please do not book. "

"Hotel Bristol Palace, Genoa — A Beautiful, Central Stay with Old-World Charm We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bristol Palace in Genoa. The location is outstanding—right in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance of the historic center, shops, restaurants, and major sights. It made exploring Genoa effortless. The hotel itself is elegant and full of character. The classic interiors, grand staircase, and beautifully maintained public spaces give it a genuinely special atmosphere that feels far more memorable than a typical modern hotel. Our room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, and the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful with recommendations. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options, and the on-site restaurant was a pleasant bonus. Valet parking was also convenient for a central Genoa hotel. If you want a well-located, charming, and comfortable base for exploring Genoa, Hotel Bristol Palace is an easy recommendation. We would happily stay here again. Alfred Hitchcock was right."

"This hotel is perfectly located on a beautiful and busy street (but there wasn't issues with sound). You walk out and immediately are on a main shopping strip. This location is also a couple minutes from the bus stop, which made getting around easy. You have to go up a couple steps then you can either take the stairs or the elevator (so glad it was working!!). Hotel reception is on Floor 1, our rooms were on Floor 3. Reception was very kind and helpful. We got the breakfast (which we don't typically do), but it was worth it. It was very simple, but very taste. The pastries and bread were fresh and the fruit was local and delicious. There was also yogurt, cereal, meat and cheese, and fresh juice. The rooms are pretty basic. We loved that the windows could open so you could hear the bell chimes and see the street. AC worked well, plenty of clean towels, bathroom was very clean. The bed is made with only sheets, but blankets are in the closet. There isn't much hanging space - not even for a towel, which would be more convenient to have (unless you want to hang it on a hanger in the closet). Space between toilet and sink is quite tight. Bed wasnt the most comfortable, but good enough."
