The rooftop balcony has amazing views of Genoa and the apartment is well equipped with everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Mirko is a great host and the check in process was very smooth."

Towels smelt damp and you are DEFINITELY not allowed in until after 4pm, we arrived 5 mins early and had to wait a further 15 mins in 37 degree heat with little communication. "Book a 2 nights with them. Apartment was located along a small street hard time finding. Called them to check in but number was invalid and cannot get hold of them at all. They did not even send someone to check if the guest arrives. End of the day I have to rebook another new hotel and messed up our holiday plans. Asking for refund but dragged till now no reply. Irresponsible property please do not book. "
