"I have stayed at many top hotels before however Bristol Palace Hotel was far one of my top three ever. First, their staff are patient and positive. We had a seamless check-in after an 8 hour flight plus 3 hour train ride there. Secondly, the rooms are delightful, elegant and charming with all you need. Last but not least, the location is unbeatable. Bonus, the breakfast buffet is delicious and truly an Italian fairytale! I highly recommend and will come back. Thank you so much Hotel Bristol...

"The location of the hotel made me feel a bit unsafe. But the hotel staff was nice and the service provided together with the room expectations were more than what we needed. We ate diner at the hotel to avoid going out, there were plenty of parking, and the breakfast buffet had many options."
