Fridge in my room didnt work and the engineer staff were not available. The front desk person did offer me to use the fridge in the reception. i didnt use the pool but i did see someone else using it and i could see the heat coming off it! Quite a few empty or buildings in the area made it feel less busy than i was expecting. Union square is a community space with different events happening in the weekend or evenings. "
