"The staff were amazing and helpful! My flight arrived at noon and after catching the free hotel shuttle I arrived at the hotel about 12:45. I asked if there was an available room, they were kind enough to find a room to check me in! "

"I loved my spacious quiet room and comfy bed! I arrived earlier than anticipated, but the staff quickly arranged for an early check-in once I joined the Hilton Honours Club. The only drawback was in trying to order room service, it kept saying unavailable and then I was unable to try again because I had tried one too many times to order. So I left the room and went to the restaurant for dinner, consisting of butter chicken with naan and a non-alcoholic beverage. The best butter chicken and naan I have ever had here in Ontario was from a Cambridge restaurant called Saffron, but here at the Hilton, the rice was nice but the butter chicken was just average. All in all I have enjoyed my stay here at the Hilton Hotel & Suites very much and would definitely come back next time I travel, and I love that it is so very close to the airport! "
