"Beautiful room, friendly and helpful staff, and all the amenities you’d need in the hotel but also within walking distance of absolutely everything you could need. They have deals at the restaurant downstairs to bring up to your room, which was the more cost effective option to room service at hotels. First time at the Chelsea and it is the new favourite! Actually preferred it to the Fairmont, and for the very reasonable price, that literally can’t be beat. Will be returning!! Thank you to staff at the Chelsea for the wonderful stay."

"The hotel is very nice but the resort is poorly managed. The restaurants food is below par, service is slow due to staff shortages. You need a vehicle if you are staying to get able to leave for meals"
