"Clean room , comfortable bed and all useful amenities in room"

"Lovely people, clean room but the room was sooooo hot and the towel rail was permanently on. No way of switching it off. The fan in the room was also a bit dodgy with the lead."

"The hotel was located next to the underground and lots of places to eat. The staff was amazing. I would definitely stay there again."

"I liked the location, the helpful staff, and the room was very comfortable, including the bed. Lighting was sufficient and there were plenty of electrical outlets for my devices. In all, it was a very lovely stay."

"Wash clothes have to be requested, which was unusual for us."

"職員熱心有禮"

"We stayed in the Grand Suite and the room itself was lovely especially the bathroom with lovely underfloor heating. The service was wonderful and we had some lovely treats laid out for our honeymoon stay. It was quite noisy on the Saturday night but Sunday night was better. Breakfast is lovely and the restaurant for dinner although took a while to serve, the food was so delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We loved the service of Suman and Deepshika in particular."

"If you want a luxury hotel at an affordable price this is the best hotel in London to go to. Everyone is nice and welcoming. Front desk staff was great and the whole staff was nice. They go over and beyond which isn’t something I am used to. Afternoon tea was amazing there. Location is right near the Tube station and near a lot of attractions."

"Pippins was great, breakfast flexible and well presented. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and kind but not intrusive."

"Nice hotel, great bed and friendly and helpful staff, will recommend any time."

"The Mandeville Hotel is at great location in the Marylebone neighborhood. Whimsical furnishings and decor and very welcoming. Easy walk to the Wallace Collection, Hyde Park, tube stations. Staff was professional and very attentive. Our room faced the street and was noisy at night unfortunately. Also, mattress was not that great; probably could use some updating. We ate at the Reform restaurant in the hotel for late lunch one day, which was excellent. Would stay here again, if could be...

"The room was clean, and of a good size. Breakfast is good, however this time I did not avail of the breakfast as we don't really have large breakfasts. Location is great with easy access to the tube, as well as walking to the London Eye, and Westminster. Nothing to do with the hotel, but as it's a busy tourist area on and around the bridge just be careful with your family and belongings. Nothing happened to me but I can image it easily could, and others were targeted by pick pockets in front...
