"Super modern hotel, very sleek and seems brand new. You can do your laundry on the second floor for a small fee. You can also refill your water bottle there for free.
They also have a beautiful Onsen (public bath), very modern. We used it every day twice a day.
The room is very cool and interesting. The only thing is that there is not a lot of space to store your luggage so it always felt like it was in the way. Bathroom is small too so not much counter space to put your toiletry bag.
Overall, we were super happy with this hotel. Location was great, right in front of the Omicho market plus Kanazawa is small enough that you choose to walk to all the tourist points of interest "
"Excellent hotel with a fabulous breakfast buffet and a fine Onsen. The location is great as it is right next to the train and bus stations. Staff are courteous and helpful. My room was big by standards of Japan and supremely quiet. I loved the free popsicles by the Onsen. My only suggestion is to turn down the sauna heat a bit as it was painfully hot — the hottest I’ve ever experienced including in Japan. Other than that minor tweak this hotel is wonderful. "
