"The apartment was fantastic. The view from the balcony was spectacular overlooking the Nile.. the apartment was clean and the cleaning services are great. Mohammed Ahmad was the guy in charge of the apartment during my stay there and he was absolutely amazing. He provided great assistance. The location of the apartment is perfect. I will definitely be staying there again and I will be sending other others to stay there as well."

"I arrived late and the pin took me to the wrong location but the staff kindly met me and took me to the correct location on foot. The first night it was quite noisy and when I mentioned that, the team offered right away to move me to a larger and much quieter accommodation. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. The location in zamalek is walkable to so many nearby business. I’d stay here again for sure. "

"The room was not like the pictures. It was neglected and wore out. The entire building was in bad shape. The room and surrounding small spaces were cleaned but just outside the building, there was tons of garbage and abandoned buildings. This is a budget stay and beware of your safety. The blackout curtains made for a great night's sleep. All the staff I met were kind and welcoming and there were always staff in the lobby making it feel very safe. "Although the amenities were great in the room, the staff didn’t clean the balcony y on a daily basis or the floors in the washrooms unless they were specifically asked to do so. Also during my 8 day stay I never enjoyed a warm shower let alone a hot shower, the water was always cold. The bar is totally over priced, I used a few drinks, some nuts and chips and was charged 175$ American which is gouging in my opinion. Otherwise the staff downstairs were all helpful and respectful."
