"This is a very nice hotel. Very courteous staff. We had a suite and they had made up the sofa bed for my kid in advance. Rooms are spacious. This is not a bargain hotel but it is very nice. Huge breakfast selection. Bar serves a delicious Negroni. There is a shuttle van to the airport included."

"I would say the advertised pictures of the room were very deceiving. Very small and cramped. Sealed and frosted windows and no way of getting fresh air. Bed was poor and mattress sank towards the middle. Very uncomfortable. Airtight room. Some weird platform setup around the bed that made getting in and out of it very difficult. Hallway and elevator grubby with a slight odor of methane gas. For the price paid it was definitely a fail. I don't think you should advertise this place on your site without a eyes on visit to it first."

"Hotel is clean, well designed, and is close to the airport but it’s certainly more in a local neighborhood and not near a lot of things to do. Also the restaurant on site was not welcoming, and we ended up leaving. The hotel was cute and served its purpose but I wouldn’t recommend spending a lot of time here. "

"We had an absolutely excellent stay at the Meliã - the staff were so kind and helpful, the restaurant and bar are our happy places every time we fly in and out of LIS, and we were given a room upgrade unasked. Simply a brilliant stay and we will be back! Obrigada e até próxima."

"This hotel is very close to the Arrivals / Departures and you can walk there in about three minutes. The breakfast buffet is very good with plenty of choice. "

"Great stay Friendly staff"

"Elevator was out all three nights I was there. I was told when I checked it would be fixed that day. Maybe something serious was wrong with it but was never told. You could hear other people talking in other floors until after midnight. Had to get up early when I was there so that wasn’t good. The staff was great and it was nice having a 24 hr desk. "

"Rooftop bar and snack shack were a treat. Rooftop outdoor pool is a good size but wasn’t heated so we couldn’t enjoy it during our April stay. That said, we did take advantage of the poolside lounge chairs to relax in the sun. With so many restaurants and cafes in the area, we chose to have our breakfast elsewhere so can’t speak to the quality. Most importantly, our room was spacious, modern, comfortable and clean."
