On arrival, flight was delayed and train from Rome delayed but lovely lady on the front desk offered to stay until nearly 9pm so she could check me in which was hugely appreciated after such a busy day travelling! The room is big and airy, very tidy with a comfortable bed. Location is perfect being only a 30 second walk from the main Piazza. Already looking to book our next trip to Cortona and will be staying here again!"
