Mike and Dawn were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure we felt at home. "We really enjoyed our week at swallows nest. We originally booked a weekend but booked and stayed on an extra 4 nights. Really comfortable quiet and owners were lovely people. We would have preferred a washing machine in the cottage instead of the a dish washer but apart from that we all really enjoyed our time at swallows nest.We visited Castell Dinefwr which was only a 10 minutes drive and walked through castle woods which was a nice walk. Thank you so much for making our stay comfortable"

"The cottage is cosy and warm and has all the necessary facilities to have an enjoyable stay. The kitchen is well appointed, the shower has good pressure, the beds are comfortable and the Netflix (and lots of other channels) worked well. The wifi reception isn’t super strong however it worked fine. There are lovely walks from the property and Neath is close by. There is comprehensive info on local shops, history and restaurants etc. Would definitely recommend."

"Good, but wasn’t made clear when we booked it that there were several other properties in the complex, had it have done we probably wouldn’t have booked this property , that said there was no such issue and was very quiet, but we did go to a similar setting several years ago and there were parties in a couple of them and turned into a nightmare."
