"the inside space was clean and tidy. check-in was easy and directions were clear. owners were kind and there were no major issues. the kitchen was stocked with appliances (though many seemed to have not been used or cleaned in awhile). overall very nice. we did feel, however, that the outside was slightly misrepresented in that there was no private outdoor space for us - the lovely patio is shared with the owners and feels very much like you are in their space. we had been hoping for a place...

"The process to check in was very easy. Video to get keys was very helpful. Communication was good. The pictures on the state overstated the size and cleanliness of the space. We were in one of their multiple rooms (G) and the couch was stained, their was a sock left behind which let me know that the place was not thoroughly cleaned, lots of stains on walls, shower, etc. It was definitely not to standards I would expect."

"The host of this unit is dishonest. They create multiple listings with photos of nicer units and then when you arrive it’s not what was advertised. Once I brought this up to the host they removed the photos offline from this listing. They made an excuse the actual unit had a plumbing issue and were doing me a “favor” by providing another unit. "The room was clean and spacious. The lighting was on the dimmer side, which I personally loved, but it’s something to note if you prefer brighter rooms. During the day, the natural light was perfect since our corner room was surrounded by windows. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The gym is quite small, but it works well for a quick workout. Outside noise can be noticeable, though that’s expected when staying right in downtown. A big plus is the convenience—Whole Foods and CVS are both just a short walk away. "
