"The staff are so helpful, we enjoyed our stay. We couldn't speak portuguese but the always found us someone to speak english or spanish. The area around is relatively safe, but not soo comfortable to walk at night, as there are homeless people. Front desk werre always helpful in getting us taxis. Rooms were clean. "

"Wonderful stay! The room was large with a separate desk area, the bathroom and shower were also very large. Internet was great, friendly staff too. Much better than other nearby hotels!"

"Very slow checkin... but very nice! One of the elevators was not working so it would sometimes take a while to get to your room. The lobby was nice and the rooms we ok.. a bit outdated but nice size rooms Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast buffet was very nice with great selections! Overall not a bad hotel for the price! Was great location for The concerts I was there to see!"

"Apartamento bom, bairro excelente, perto de tudo. O que decepcionou foi a limpeza, tivemos que limpar ventiladores, geladeira cheia de agua do descongelamento, cantos encardidos. O ar condicionado estava muito, mas muito sujo mesmo e o barulho era ensurdecedor, quase nao dava para usar. Chamamos o pessoal do apoio da locadora e eles prontamente foram trocar o filtro do ar condicionado. Os colchoes eram de ma qualidade, mas passaveis, ja o sofa-cama era muito ruim."
