"This is a top notch cottage in terms of position, so near great walking and good food. Very comfortable, plenty of hot water, warm and cosy, enough comfy seats for everyone! The kitchen is well equipped but if you are going for more than a weekend, I would recommend taking dish washing tabs, washing up liquid etc or pick it up from the village shop which is at the end of the lane. If you're around for Sunday lunch, I can heartily recommend The Coledale Inn, we had a fabulous meal there. I"

"A lovely quirky little cottage, this was our third time at this property. The village is just so pretty and has excellent views.There was a new kitchen since we had been last which has everything needed for self catering.Very clean house and the host was lovely and accommodating."

"We had a wonderful stay in this cosy, quiet cottage with plenty of space and everything you needed. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked but, you will need to bring any essentials salt and pepper, oil, etc. very nice pet welcome pack and packs of welcome with tea and cleaning items. There is a village shop nearby and several pub restaurants. There are a number of great walks on your doorstep from easy to more challenging without needing drive.. A beautiful area to explore so we will be back! Thank you very much! "

"The cottage is lovely, smart, comfortable and well equipped. Very near a picturesque beck, nice shop/cafe and good pub with food. The only issue - but a serious one - was that the listing showed it as being in Keswick town, which was our prime requirement. The responses from Expedia and Sykes were not fast enough to resolve this issue before the check-in day. "
