"Location - The hotel is situated in a great location. Very much walking distance to everything central. Room - Very basic, the bed and pillows were not comfortable for me at all, but my partner didn’t mind them. It was clean. However, under the bed could have done to have been hoovered, I only noticed it because I dropped something under there though. Building - Being an old building, everything is very creaky. Our upstairs neighbours must have had ants in their pants because they couldn’t sit still and we could hear every bit of movement they made. Breakfast - The breakfast was nice! It’s only served between 8 and 9:30 though so if you want to be up and out early be prepared to miss out on that. I did send a “message to hotel” via Expedia to make a last minute request which was missed. It wasn’t the end of the world though. Other than that, it was a pleasant enough stay even though it rained every day! "

"Great location - quiet street close to the town centre bars and restaurants but with off street parking which is great. Clean room, comfortable, great breakfast and first class service. Would recommend. "

"Wonderful few days away in Coleridge Cottage. Location was perfect with parking just a short walk away. I didn’t use the car once while here. An abundance of walks right from the doorstep. Although the property is on a main road into Keswick it was so quiet and peaceful. Just a five minute stroll into town centre. Everything about the property was excellent except that with one shower and toilet upstairs and one toilet downstairs, it might have been a bit difficult with a family or group staying there. Communication with Keswick Cottages was excellent. All information given before and after stay made it very easy. I couldn’t get TV to work (followed instructions) but didn’t contact anyone as I decided to enjoy the peace and quiet! Overall a fantastic stay in a great location."

"We loved the cottage, amazing views, very comfortable with loads of parking. The bungalow is very spacious, loved the Love Seat room. Short drive into lovely Keswick town centre We had an amazing stay and love the Lake District."
