"A well-equipped 2 bed apartment in Keswick town centre, but quiet - apart from emptying the bottle bins from the pub next door! It was clean, tidy, well laid out with good quality linen and towels. There were one or two extra utensils that would have been handy in the kitchen, but it was well stocked with all the consumables you often have to buy from scratch. Again, a minor point, but expecting departing guests to strip all bedding and bag up it all up with towels etc for the laundry under...

"Really comfortable, quiet and clean bedroom, the bathroom was on the small side and not as nice as the rest of the room (still nice enough). The staff were friendly but seemed very busy so they just gave us the key and pointed us in the direction of the outbuiling where our bedroom was located. If you have heavy luggage or struggle with stairs our room would not be for you as there were some very steep stairs."
