An outdoor hot tub is one of the main criteria for my hotel choices, so when we learned it wasn’t working, we considered cancelling and picking a new hotel- until we saw the hot tub closure policy that states no refunds, no discounts. However, when we got a call from the front desk asking how our check in went, they did offer us access to their other property just a quick walk away which was very nice Aside from that, it’s a lovely stay, the check in process was so simple, the front desk communication was great, and it’ll be in my top picks for future trips to the area for sure.
