"Otter hotel is clean and new, and hot tub is definitely high light! Location is convenient. The hotel is very thoughtful, it provides bus tickets through Banff ave, and close to the shuttle bus stations to ski resort."

"We were in a pet friendly room and it was tidy and clean although the furniture was a bit worn in places and our dog found a few dog treats under the bed. The staff were very helpful and the restaurant on site is convenient. "

"Cheap rates relative to the area, there’s a reason though. It’s certainly due for a refresh, the beds were not the most comfortable, a room with a Queen and Twin only had two shower towels. The Hot Tub room was way to hot, had to of been over 100 degrees, so within 5 mins you’re cooked. Ok spot if you want to crash overnight in Canmore without putting a big dent in the wallet. "
