"Beautiful location! The hot tub overlooking the mountains was perfect. Room was clean and comfortable. All staff were very kind and friendly. Great stay!"

"We and our pets had the most spectacular stay at this hotel. If you have the chance to book Gold status it makes all the difference. The staff and facilities were amazing. Yes the bathrooms are on the small side as this is a UNESCO property so there were limitations in how they could be designed. But everything else was phenomenal. There are so many people we want to thank from Hamish in the valet who greeted us by name! to Chamath, Caitlin, Katie, Georgia, Chris(also in valet) , Olivier, Shane and the best housekeeper Howard! We look forward to coming to visit Banff again as it is truly one of the most spectacular places to go!"

"The location was excellent - we could easily walk around all of Banff from the hotel. There were several good restaurants nearby. Very useful to have (paid) parking onsite. The reception staff were very helpful."
