"Everything was exceptionally amazing!"

"Great location to come downtown for restaurants in the evening. A bit far to drive to Lake Louise but the ski resort is fantastic. Staff at the front desk were amazing! Lots of fun joking around with them. The only negative was the basement breakfast room in the garage. The parking was very convenient to leave the car at night and wander the streets and cuisine of Banff."

"Great Hotel! Excellent facilities. It’s a 15 minute walk from downtown but the hotel provides free transit passes. park your car and forget about trying to find parking downtown."

"Hotel was nice and close to walkable shops and restaurants. Had a nice room, cute little coffee shop in the lobby and a good restaurant on site. Pool is good and great gym, but have to walk outside for a bit so make sure in winter you have a jacket etc. friendly staff and good checkin/out process. Easy. "

"This was a fancy room, it felt like it came out of a 5 star hotel in the resort town. Great loccitane amenities, fancy shower and cool fireplace. Bed was great room was warm and cozy. Loved the stay will be back again. "
