"Our stay was amazing. We had an issue during the night and the manager came up immediately and moved us to another room. In the morning we had mentioned that the room we were placed in seemed much smaller and they accommodated us again to move us to a room similar to the first. They absolutely didn’t have to accommodate this as the room we were moved to was technically the same type of room. The service was exemplary and would highly recommend. "

"Never had a worse stay. Booking the hotel we thought the rooms looked great online and th upon check in the put us all in a shady building that was not even in the hotel we booked. Rooms were outdated, smelled like mold, beds were terrible, rooms were hot and shower was moldy. Avoid at all costs. Also came knocking on the door at 9:30 several times asking us to leave soon as check out is 10 am. They called at 9:55 asking us to leave. Also no parking and charge $20 per key card if you don’t return in check out. Also, no use of pool if they don’t put you in the nice part of the hotel. "

"We really enjoyed using the hot tub and pool as they were a good temperature. Sauna is also fun to use. The rooms are very nice. The kitchen was well equipped. Coffee maker could be replaced. We stayed in room 115 and the couch is well woren and should be replaced. We loved the underground parking. We would definitely stay there again! "

"Our room was clean and staff were friendly. Only downfall was the parking lot, it is setup for smaller vechicles. But the staff was very helpful and showed us where to park with a bigger vehicle."
