"The rooms are very cozy and clean. Away from the hustle and bustle, they have everything from kitchenware and fridge to towels and heating, and free parking. The staff are very helpful and can take care of whatever you need. The location is also very close to Banff and Canmore and is excellent value for money. We recommend this chalet."

"I liked the balcony,Rocky Mountain soap and the location. We booked through Expedia and had a bit of a go to check in. What pissed me off was the staff at the hotel was no help. Even though people book through different travel sites should not mean they just wipe their hands from trying to make this process easier. We were told to contact Expedia. Instead of "hey let us help"."

"The resort is in a beautiful setting with fantastic mountain views, and the complimentary bus passes into Banff were a great bonus. The room was comfortable enough, although it was quite tired and could do with some updating. We stayed towards the end of peak season, so the price was understandably high, and while we enjoyed the location and setting, I felt it was a little expensive for what we got."

"The hotel is very cozy, and staff were friendly which made my stay enjoyable. Location is within distance to all the shops and restaurants. I’d stay again!"

"The underground parking was good. The unit was comfortable and well equipped although there is definitely wear and tear on all the chairs. Hot tub is excellent and two Napoleon barbecues available for cooking. 10 min drive to Canmore centre."
