"Staff were very friendly. The amenities include a pool steam room and bikes plus free voucher to use their public transportation in Banff. Parking was about $15 a day but they didn’t tell you or I missed it on Expedia is. The resort fee is $20 a day plus local tax at 5%. (All CAD)
The room was quiet, clean, but was comfortable. However, it is in desperate need of an upgrade in the bathroom. We had the loft style studio and the layout on the first floor is very cramped. Couch is tiny uncomfortable. The coffee maker is in an awkward location in the shower. Bathroom is very small. Now I wouldn’t be giving this a mid review if it didn’t cost $400 USD per night, but I don’t think the quality of this hotel aligns with that cost. However, it was a holiday weekend so here we are, they can charge what they want."
