"We did see a few bugs in our room during the stay. Staff said that’s normal because it’s in national park. However, we have never encountered that with other hotels in Banff. "

"The hotel is starting to show signs of use- chipped walls, dust, broken blinds, etc. the bed was comfy- however there were a few stains on the blanket and sheets. There was only one hot tub that was functional for our entire 5 day stay. I will say the rooms are small, and it seems they have to “upgrade” rooms such as suites. The staff are EXCELLENT both times I called the front desk for extra things they were brought to my room within 10 minutes. The location is also a highlight! "

"It was what we expected for the price point. My only complaint would be the pool hours. Not opening until 2:30pm is annoying. A nice morning hot tub would have been amazing. "

"A very enjoyable stay with a beautiful mountain view. Our place was fairly clean just some wear and tear from the years which of course is to be expected. We really loved every minute of our cute cozy cabin style loft! "

"Beautiful, new property in probably the best location in town. Nice walk in shower in all the rooms (I saw the basic room as well as the top floor 1 bedroom). Close to the best restaurant and Banff Ave. Great staff too. "
