"Great location, right at the Johnston Canyon hike trailhead. Staff very friendly, cabins clean. A small bottle of wine was ready for us on arrival. No TV rd option but they had dvd movies to borrow. Internet very slow. Just a heads up…if you want to rent bear spray there it is $10/day but they keep your drivers license! You can buy also for $75!!!! We chose neither. I would stay there again. Great place if you are heading up to Lake Louise/Moraine. "

"Beautiful facility. We experienced a constant strong sewer gas smell on the 3rd floor hallway by our room and the elevators were not working properly causing lots of anxiety. Otherwise it was a great location and our room was wonderful. The special room coffee was a great addition and delicious. "
