"There was hair in the tub when we first arrived. The shower curtain needed to be replaced. The shower head was set really low and not adjustable, so hard for taller people to use. The bed frame wasn't anchored to the wall and there were huge holes where the nails were supposed to be. There were no welcome snacks or extra toiletries (Q-tips, cotton puffs). "Pictures must be of 1 redone room, as everything appears from 70s/80s. The only part that was accurate was the pictures on the wall. The staff upon check-in told us the wrong times for the restaurant, thus arrived once closed. The internet was spotty and the TV had to reset daily. Claims to be in town, but actually a 6 minute drive away, which we drove so not a big deal, however if we didn't would have been an issue. "This was our second time staying here. It's a little bit dated, toilet seat was broken, but other than that, it's cozy, and love the wood burning fireplace! The kids enjoyed the pool, and enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. Great view of the mountains! The playzone is also a plus. I would recommend this for anyone with kids. Lots of activites to keep them entertained. "
