"Very disappointed with this hotel. My check-in was delayed because of a problem with the previous guest in my room. Even though the room was advertised with air conditioning there was only a type of humidifier to turn on in the room. Very difficult to sleep at night in the Goiânia heat without an air conditioner. On top of that I was awoken early by noisy works inside the hotel, and when I went to take a shower the taps were not working, so I could not even have a shower to freshen up. Without a...

"Bom, achei meio bagunçado...cheguei no dia, o quarto ainda não estava pronto com as toalhas de banho, tinha gente dormindo em um sofá no andar que eu estava, roncando muito. Quando fui comprar a estadia, no app dizia que o hotel tinha estacionamento disponível, eles têm um mais tive que pagar 20 reais para guardar o carro."
