You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
River front property, huge yard and pool, 2km from the beach.
Our favourite thing to do - dinner or lunch in the outdoor kitchen, with the secluded views over the river... We are happy to open our personal home to guests while we holiday. Newly renovated kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. The outdoor area and large pool will serve you well while you enjoy the Gold Coast!
There is a lounge for those looking for quiet time, and another lounge with 75 inch Sony TV for those wanting some online entertainment.
Pool and deck fencing will be installed in late November 2023.
Plenty of parking onsite, and a massive front yard for those with kids looking to run around. There is also a large backyard right on the water, which is a great place to spend time !
2km from the beach, and only 1km from Pacific Fair and 500m from Q-Store shopping centre.
There are two other buildings at the property, which can be seen in some photos, which are not included in the rental. These are storage buildings. You will have the house and the whole property to yourself.
