Clean room with beach nearby. Some amenities within walking distance. Some finishes such as tile, drywall, sideboard, chairs etc are deteriorated and getting old with cracks, stains, and damages. The hotel is best classified as a 2-3 star hotel or a short stay rental apartment. No maid for daily cleaning.

The only two reasons I didn't rate 5 stars on all categories is 1) Sofa bed is very uncomfortable 2) Noticeable smell near toilet, not unbearable but would be better if they can improve. The room is very spacious, kitchen is great. Good location, light rail station within 1~2 minutes walk, a couple of blocks from beach and Skypoint (building). Washer/Dryer/Dish washer in unit, you can get unlimited detergent from front desk. They also offers towels to take to the beach.

The location and facilities of this hotel are excellent. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a great bed. Everything we needed was provided, and overall, the accommodation itself was very good. Unfortunately, our experience was soured by the repeated attempts to get us to attend a free breakfast and information session about Club Wyndham. When checking in, the staff member asked if we would like to attend. I explained that we already had plans and were not interested. Later that evening, the phone in our room rang, and it was the same staff member asking us to reconsider attending the information session. I found this follow-up call invasive and unnecessary, particularly after we had already made it clear that we were not interested. While we were very happy with the hotel, this experience negatively affected our overall impression of both the hotel and the chain. As a result, we will probably consider other alternatives when making future bookings.
