"The staff was very nice and informative. The room was modern and clean, the bed was comfortable, the AC was customizable and worked well. The one small negative is that the washroom layout is a little awkward at night without a night light, as the door handle is very close to your head when you go to sit. Otherwise, the hotel is very nice, great location (especially for events at the Bell Centre). We did not use any site amenities like the restaurant, business, fitness, etc."
