We had a long day on our first day and late to check in and the staff was very kind to bring the pack and play up to pur room with extra set of blanket to cushion the pack and play. "The location of this property is excellent and the grounds are so beautiful. So worth it to be off the main strip and pwrk of preferred parking free coupon at dollywood! The music in the lobby is great every night and the beds and pillows are comfortable and towels were soft. Everything seems pretty new. This would easily be a 5 star review except for a few quirks about the room itself- Clothing/shelving storage is a bit odd- open cabinets instead of a usual dresser. No cups in the bathroom (and can’t get any if you call). Front desk staff friendly but bland when we checked in."
