" staff very helpful room was ok but could have been cleaner but for the price it was ok very loud traffic and people talking loud outside the room during the night "

"Don’t know how it is consider “romantic” cabin. When all the cabins are in top of each other sitting in the deck you can hear other cabins conversation, other cabins dogs barking all night long. Nothing romantic about the cabin just because it had a heart shaped tub in it. "

"Overall, the hotel was great! All of the common qreas and our room were very clean. The staff was friendly and available to guests to meet their needs. Breakfast service was very busy and everything was empty. No real system to fill in items quickly. The pool area waa not clean. I never saw a staff member cleaning or freshening up the area. Pool towels were out most of the evening."

"Great location and even better, smily staff. Small indoor waterpark, but sufficient for kids to have fun. Think of Great Wolf Lodge on a smaller scale. They have all that kids would like. Few outside seating benches with tables would be a great addition, just so we could have a snack or sit outside. "
