"Every single staff member was welcoming, friendly and provided excellent service, Julian, Gabriel, Maria, Arnault, Luna, Nicolas, Francois mgr, valet, concierge, restaurant etc - nice quiet town, aside from being unable to swim in ocean first few days; the staff & facility (pool helped) more than made up for the inability to swim in ocean which had unfortunate overflow from stadium toilet. "

"The house is as beautiful as in the pics, and the entire process was professional and smooth. The only thing to be aware of is that there's no air conditioning in the living room/kitchen and in 2 of the bedrooms. The living room is fine - when you open the house there is a lovely breeze from the ocean that keeps you mostly cool. But as we were there in late July/early August, the lack of A/C in 2 bedrooms was an unpleasant surprise. I've still rated the house 5 stars though - just set your expectations accordingly!"
