"We Iove our balcony and the service the staff gave us. Christina was the best! She accommodated us hours before our actual check in time because we came in much earlier than planned. The staff has been so helpful— Mathias, Jesus— they made our stay so enjoyable. I must say the best hot chocolate for only 1.50 Euros is also from this hotel. Breakfast is spectacular! Such a variety of healthy food to choose from. The overall ambience of the whole hotel is spectacular. We could see the historical street from our balcony room 217. This is by far our best vacation! It’s also the best choice to be close to all tourist spots— Barcelona cathedral, Picasso museum, Sagrada Família and more. We also chose this place to be close to MSC Terminal! We took the taxi for only 14 euros to be at our cruise terminal. The staff called the taxi for us. Thanks a million to the whole staff of Catalonia! "

"Very helpful and friendly staff at reception and restaurant. Joaquim at reception was very prompt in printing my train ticket and calling the taxi. Rooms were very near and clean. Very good location and you can cover Rambla, gothic quarters and passegue de Gràcia by walking. I was in the floor 1 and only thing slightly disturbing was the train sound . I will stay there again but on a higher floor."
