"We got an Uber from the airport to Hotel Sixties. Last thing driver said was, "Be careful this is not the best area." It made me nervous at first but I never felt in danger during our entire trip. The proximity to everything we wanted to do was perfect! The best meal was down the the street (Antic Tapas), our hop on hop off bus stop was close, and everything else we needed was walking distance. The decor of hotel is really nice, the rooms were clean and the bar area was lively. We saw kids, family's and local walking by so the Uber guy made us nervous for no reason. I would stay here again."

"The night desk receptionist/check-in person (Italian man with green eyes) was so friendly and helpful and personable. It's not a modern hotel so it was a little off-putting at first but it's actually perfect. Would stay there again."

"The room was exceptionally clean. The staff members were all exceptionally wonderful, highly knowledgeable, and friendly. I am genuinely disappointed that I cannot recall the name of the young gentleman (he’s from Santo Domingo) who greeted us upon our arrival and assisted us in transporting our luggage to our room. He was an extremely pleasant and knowledgeable individual who provided exceptional assistance whenever we inquired or required assistance. I would rate his service a perfect 20 out of 10. The breakfast was truly exceptional, deserving of a perfect 10-star rating. (The lady in charge maybe just a little loud,but very nice as well ) I intend to return to Barcelona and will not consider any other accommodations. I am an extremely satisfied customer and highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking excellent customer service."
