"Location location location!! The hotel is attached to the Shibuya station plus the Airport Limo to both airports stop here. Keep in mind that the area is extremely busy and is in the heart of Shibuya which some may find overwhelming. Rooms are clean and the staff are super helpful. There are coin operated washer and dryers on the 7th to 10th floors. Would stay here again!!! "

"Small, but not as small as other budget hotels. Still had a little space to sit. Washer/Dryer came in clutch because it did rain a few days while we were there. 24 hour grocery store across the street was also a plus. Fridge, microwave and hot plate in the room so we were able to stock up on snacks and drinks. Maybe a mile walk to Shibuya crossing. Near an alley with restaurants and bars."

"I liked the location of the hotel. The room and the bathroom both had bad odors. The mattress was a little lopsided. There was not sufficient space to open up my suitcase. There were noisy guests walking in the hallway and woke me up one night. "

The hotel is very old and has an unpleasant smell throughout, making the atmosphere feel stuffy and uncomfortable. It did not match the positive reviews I had seen online. The bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom was not in good condition—the bathtub was broken and the toilet did not work properly. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained. The location looks close to Shibuya on the map, but due to surrounding construction and blocked roads, it takes much longer to reach than expected. Overall, the experience did not match expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, or accuracy of description"
