"From booking the property till leave Martijn was extremely helpful. The property has everything you could want, lovely kitchen family area, pool with patio and a wood burning hot tub ( you will need to start the wood burning 2 hours prior). The property was secure with power gates and the adjoining property was the hosts point of contact to answer any query you may have. A welcome pack, on how to use things would be beneficial going forward. The location for us was great, 10 minute walk down...

"We stayed at SandMartins from the 26th December 2024 to 4 January 2025. The first impressions of this immaculate property and estate is just wonderful and sets the atmosphere for a wonderful vacation. Very spacious, sunny and fully equipped. "VRBO listed booking when the property was not available. Only found out 12 hrs before arrival. Had to scramble to find another place. They did not offer any help whatsover. Stay away from VRBO. Second time this has happend to me."

"Great location and facilities with wonderful outdoor area, all very well maintained. Warm welcome from the owner. Worth mentioning no curtailment to electricity usage during load shedding as there is an excellent 24 hour back up system in place. Will definitely book again."

"We stayed in the house for almost 5 weeks and greatly enjoyed our time there! The owner (Emmanuel) is very friendly, helpful, and responsive, as is the property manager who met us when we came in and left. The views are incredible, with very clear views of Table Mountain and False Bay. The location is very good - ~30 minutes or less from most everything we wanted to do (eg, vineyards, family activities, Waterfront), and 10 minutes from malls with everything you will need. "Overall check in was hassle free, only thing was that WiFi did not work for us. I would also suggest that the property have some basic toiletries available, like shampoo, soap and maybe solar when power drop. This is standard in most higher price rentals. Other than that, the stay was great, the house is very big and clean, and beautiful views"

"Die Wohnung mit grossem Sitzplatz und Garten liegt im sicheren Greenway Golf Estate und hat freie Sicht auf das Meer. Sie ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und hat bequeme Betten. Die Gegend ist ruhig und sicher. Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge (Weingüter usw.). Die Gastgeberin, Caecia, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten sie jederzeit um Rat fragen. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen."
