Love this hotel. Charming, small, great location walking up to Old Town. Had dinner in their restaurant and meal delicious. Also breakfast is included and they will make whatever you’d like.

This is a very remote area, so it was extremely peaceful and beautiful. Food options are well over 20 mi or more away. It is off season, a lot of places around were closed, including the nature activities. If you are looking for a serene retreat this if your place, I would have loved to use the pool but it was out of season. Beautiful traditional stone house.

This is a charming small hotel in the small, medieval town of Labin. It is right on the town square with historic sites, restaurants and shops nearby. The room was large and comfortable with a very nice bathroom with two sinks and a shower. The high point of our stay was Sema, the manager. She assured that everything was perfect from the room to the amazing included breakfast to arranging transport and experiences.

The facilities are very good, restaurant, bar and staff excellent. The only out point is that the interior designer must have been on hallucinogens.

We were so impressed by this hotel and the amazing service and hospitality of the staff. Our room was modern and nice. Since it was our. Honeymoon, they had a bottle of champagne and sweets prepared with handwritten notes. When we got lost driving to the hotel, someone came and found us. On top of that, great walkable location right on the water with food people watching from their bar and restaurant. You need to make visitors aware that this is a closed community. YOu need to specify where to park and where to walk to, to make the room connection.

All the staff were the best - professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfasts were particularly good!

An unbelievable Gem of a hotel! Your room is literally right on the water! We enjoyed hearing the waves as we fell asleep. Free surface parking and a delicious breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!!!!

This was an excellent place to stay in Opatija, right on the water with easy access to swim in the sea, but also with an indoor pool (opening glass ceiling for nice weather) for gloomy days. Easy access to walking through town and restaurants. Amazing breakfast buffet with a variety of foods, very service oriented staff along with a prosecco greeting at check in. Rooms we updated and clean. Can't recommend enough.

Gorgeous place, friendly staff, clean, and great food and breakfast! Excellent spa and gym. View is spectacular. I loved it all and would highly recommend.
