"The 4-star rating at Union Hotel is a joke and does not reflect reality. Do not book here. We arrived at 2:00 a.m. after a delayed flight with a reservation confirmed over a month in advance. Despite this, the front desk told us no room was prepared. We were forced to wait in the lobby while they hastily cleaned a room that had only just become vacant. Being told at 2:00 a.m. that a confirmed booking isn't ready is a total failure of their system. The rest of the stay was equally substandard. The Wi-Fi was non-functional the entire time, forcing me to rely on my own cellular data for essential tasks. Breakfast was poor, with low-quality food and undrinkable coffee. To top it off, the staff showed zero accountability. When I raised these issues, they dismissed me by claiming they couldn't offer compensation because I booked through Expedia. This is a pathetic excuse for a service provider. The Union Hotel is responsible for the quality of the stay regardless of how the room was paid for. They take your money but fail on the most basic hospitality standards. Stay elsewhere."

"The cleaning staff were amazing, but the check in staff were not up to the task. They had limited knowledge of the area, had to find my own parking due to height limit and no other parking to offer. They couldn’t direct me to a lot so I was on my own for that. The thermostat in the room wouldn’t allow me to not burn up in our room, so I had to open the balcony door and try to sleep through horn honking and sirens well into the night. I will not stay at this hotel again. And if I had it to do over, I would have stayed elsewhere. "

"Room was nice and clean, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. One thing to note: if you do require parking, recognize that the garage fills early and it may be closed if you're out and about late at night. We had to park on the street in the early afternoon because the garage was full, but there were two spots available when we came back later in the evening. It's also very tight, so plan your vehicle size accordingly. "
