"After treking around the CNE, we slipped into the lovely warm pool which is half inside and half outside. It restored our sore muscles. The room was clean and it's size was a pleasant surprise. A definite 10 out 0f 10!!"

"The Room was tidy and clean upon arrival. Staff offered help and was friendly. Not alot of communication from front desk when checking in about cost/fees. Had to go to my bank app to find that out. Walls in building are thin. Could hear ppl talking from in their rooms/the hallway Haven't had their breakfast service or used their parking, so I can't form an opinion on that. Their firealarm sounds like a xylophone. They had vending machines arpund the hotel which was nice for any late night drink/snacks. Our room came with free complimentary drinks of water."

"Beautiful hotel and very central to many downtown Toronto activities. I’ve stayed here a few times and the check in process is always very slow. I’m not sure why. The new elevator system is efficient but staff aren’t very good at explaining how it works so it took a moment to figure it out Our room was beside a room with a very unhappy baby and we were woken up many times throughout the night. I didn’t realize how thin the walls are until this stay. Just something to keep in mind."

"Stayed here for the Iron Maiden concert at Scotiabank Arena, the location is fantastic! Just steps away from all the main attractions, lots of services nearby including a Shoppers, Tim’s, LCBO, and nearly limitless restaurants! Hotel staff and the room were marvelous."

"2nd stay at this fabulous hotel. Water stations with hot, cold and fizzy water near elevators is a great addition. Rooms refurbished since we last stayed to an amazing standard. Front desk staff are friendly and prompt resolving any issues. Bar had a good happy hour."
