"Our 2nd time renting this house! Party of 12 which accomodated our group perfect with plenty of room to sleep along with cooking meals for 2 nights. Best views of the lake including beautiful view of the sunrise. Carrie is a great host and very responsive."

"We really enjoyed our weekend here. Quiet and secluded, but still very close to Grand Marais. A path just outside accesses a whole network of trails, we hiked to Pincushion Mountain. And the SHT connects here as well if you want to go further. The furnishings are simple in a very nice way; a folding table with two folding chairs, an electric kettle and a mini fridge are great for morning coffee or simple meals. The only thing we would have changed would be trading the two twin beds for a single 2-person bed, but that's preference. Great place, will stay again."
