Rustic Updated Cabin in the Heart of the Appalachian High Country
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful, quiet property. Know that it is in the country and set your expectations accordingly. It is remote from town. We are retired and sought mainly cool air and peace, and we enjoyed our stay. "
"The cabin was absolutely perfect for families, and was very thoughtfully stocked with lots of toys and games to entertain children of all ages. The cabin was warm and inviting, however the beautiful view and peaceful surroundings will certainly draw you outside. The worst part of the trip was having to leave "
"Room was clean, bed was nice, bathroom and provided towels were great! Staff were extremely friendly older couple. Checked in really late and they answered the door in a timely manner. Not a single complaint. Great stay! "
"I’ve been delayed in reviewing our stay at the Tree House because in my mind, we’re still there! Talk about relaxing, a true getaway, even though we were active from sun up to sun down. Everything about our stay was perfect. Ken was the ultimate communicator, so friendly, accommodating, and available for any questions. He and his wife, plus their children, greeted us upon arrival and during our stay and even shared her homemade bread! The area is beautiful, 84 acres that felt like it was all ours. We brought our two small, apartment dwelling dogs with us and they’ve never been happier. The pictures of the property give a really accurate depiction of the property, but nothing compares to being there! We’ve gushed over the Tree House to anyone who will listen and are planning to go back again. Thanks again, Ken! We are so happy we found you! "
2BR +loft Cottage in the mountains Va Creeper Trail, HOT TUB, ATV rentals,
10/10 Excellent
"We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quite the cottage had to offer. The porches surround three sides of the building nestled in the woods/mountains of TN. The personal touches and amenities offered by Diana and Mark made us feel at home and afforded us the rest and relaxation we desired. We look forward to returning in the near future for another getaway!"
