"Lavender Cottage is the perfect home away from home. We had a wonderful weekend there, with trips into Bradford upon Avon a nice 15 minute walk away and into Bath using the very convenient train station in Bradford upon Avon. The house was comfortable, beautifully decorated and so well appointed the kitchen had everything we needed from cooking breakfast feasts to cheese and nibbles, they even had champagne flutes! Only wish we had stayed for longer!"

"Delightful cottage retreat, exactly as described! We ate in by the fire on our first and last evening, and walked to the pub on our second evening across the way in 11 minutes! We were well rewarded there with a beautiful old building, and lovely food and staff.Our stay was perfect and catered for our every need. Thank you!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Cow Byre 1 — it surpassed our expectations. The accommodation felt homely with lots of thoughtful touches, and you can really see the care that’s gone into both the property and the grounds. Our son especially loved the games room and used it every day. It was quiet, in a great location, and we still felt a real sense of space and privacy even though it seemed fully booked. We felt it was very good value for money. The hosts were fantastic — nothing was too much trouble. We’d happily recommend to family and friends."
