"Lavender Cottage was immaculately clean when we arrived. The decoration and maintenance of the property is superb. It is a pleasant walk into the beautiful town of Bradford on Avon. The hill into town is very steep but Ubers back up the hill to the cottage are reasonable. We dined at Ravello’s and the Bunch of Grapes and would recommend both. We took the train to Bath which is only one stop away and the trains are regular. I’m so happy we chose this cottage as our place to stay and would highly recommend it. Bradford on Avon is lovely too with lots of lovely little shops and beautiful buildings.The Cheese shop was a nice place to pick up some snacks and the walk along the river to the Tithe Barn was also a highlight."

"Such a great find. Just outside of town but an easy walk in, thanks to the trail nearby. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are well appointed and clean and the breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choices. If you want to take a taxi it is a quick ride and doens't cost much."

"We really enjoyed our stay at The George. It was authentic, absolutely clean as a whistle and the staff were incredibly helpful and nice. It is an authentic old inn so there were some creaky floors but it fine for us. The staff and the food were amazing. I would stay here again."
