"It pains me to write a negative review but to sum it up, we had booked for 2 nights, left after 1. Had zero response from owner leading up as we sent emails requesting info. Experienced great difficulty upon check-in (nobody was there and reception forgot to send us check-in instructions). Room had substantial amounts of dog-hair under the bed. "I have stayed in this hotel twice. Once we went to the Pink Floyd show at the planetarium. That was amazing. We walked across the street and had Mexican food in the park and ubered. The second stay was just a few weeks ago and my mom had surgery just down the street at The hospital. It was very nice to be able to stay so close because we had to be there at 5:00 a.m. Great comfort and room service plus there is The restaurant and bar downstairs."
