"For a hotel of this standard, there were some letdown areas. Shower head wouldn’t stay up, air conditioning didn’t work properly, and while there were plenty of staff in the restaurant, the service was slow and lacking experience around what was/wasn’t offered at the hotel. "

"Very long wait to check in, lobby quite dirty, very long line for breakfast, food was average at best, waited 25 mins for a coffee that was terrible, and arrived after I finished my food. Overall entire experience - poor value for price."

"On arrival everything was great. Staff at the reception were welcoming, got a recommendation for dinner and the room was perfect. The bed was also exceptional. I can't fault it. The exit was not so easy. The sensor to open the rollerdoor just wouldn't work. The driveway was on an incline so here I am going up and down trying to find the sensor in a concrete floor with no luck at all. I called reception and said I was trapped. A young man answered and said 'hold on a minute' then hung up on me. I waited a minute or 2 and no one came out so I called back. While the phone was ringing I see a man walk out and open the rollerdoor. He didn't hang around though it would have been nice if he said something. I found this extremely rude."
